As the founder, Angie works directly with every artisan and understands every piece in the collection inside out — the materials, the weight, the way each style falls on different face shapes. When you book a fit session, you're speaking with the person who built the hat you're considering.

Your size
Angie will confirm your exact head measurement and guide you to the right size in the Inevitável system. If you're between sizes or unsure, she'll explain exactly what to expect from each option.
Your style
Which brim width, crown shape, and colour work best for your face shape, wardrobe, and the way you plan to wear it. Send a photo as reference — Angie will give you a direct, honest recommendation.
Your occasion
Whether you're looking for an everyday piece, a travel companion, a statement for a special occasion, or all three — Angie will help you find the style that works hardest for your life.

The fit session carries no purchase requirement. It's a conversation — nothing more. If after speaking with Angie you decide it's not the right moment, there's no pressure and no hard feelings.
Guaranteed fit after your session
If you place an order following your fit session and your hat arrives in the wrong size or shape, Inevitável will correct it at no additional cost to you. We'll arrange everything.
30-day satisfaction guarantee
All orders — with or without a fit session — are covered by our 30-day guarantee. If anything isn't right — the fit, the feel, the style — contact us and we'll make it right. No complicated process. No questions designed to discourage you.
Fit guarantee claims
Claims related to the fit guarantee must be made within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping to Inevitável is at the customer's expense. All other aspects of the resolution are covered by us.

Is the virtual fit session free?+

Yes. The session is completely free and there is no obligation to purchase.

How long does a virtual fit session take?+

Most sessions take between 15 and 20 minutes, depending on how many questions you have. Angie will make sure you leave with a clear recommendation.

What happens if my hat doesn't fit after my fit session?+

Contact us at hello@inevitavel.com within 14 days of delivery and Inevitável will arrange to resize or reshape your hat at no additional cost. Return shipping to us is at the customer's expense.

What does resizing or reshaping actually involve?+

Resizing adjusts the internal circumference of the hat and requires it to be carefully deconstructed and rebuilt by the artisan. Reshaping modifies the crown profile or brim. Angie will assess which modification is needed based on your fit issue.

Does the Fit Guarantee apply to all Inevitável orders?+

The Fit Guarantee applies exclusively to customers who complete a virtual fit session with Angie before placing their order. All orders — with or without a session — are covered by our standard 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

What if I order without a session and it doesn't fit?+

Reach out to hello@inevitavel.com and we'll do our best to help. To avoid sizing issues on future orders, follow our hat sizing guide before purchasing — it takes 30 seconds and one soft tape measure.
